“Nate answered my call last Friday around 6:30pm as my tenant was concerned re a shower drain clog and a complaint from a tenant below re leak damages to their ceiling. Nate came out within 2 hours and determined the cause of the clog was due to the food debris from a disposal from an apartment above. He cleaned up the drain as much as he could without the normal equipment as one of his guys will return on Monday to do the work. I was very impressed by his quick action and experience that identify the problem so quickly! I have used other plumbers and started using Johnson Brothers Plumbing for three years and I think they are the best plumbers in Boston!”
