“We called and less than 24hrs later we had a tech arrive for some upgrades as well as rutein repairs. Sergio arrived today, with a giant smile ready to work. He was very respectful of our property and belongings here, and even went above and beyond teaching me a few things I could do myself to improve maintenance. The shower is looking GREAT, there is no longer ANY leaks ANYWHERE. My wife and I couldn't be happier so close to the holiday season.

“Just before Christmas water was leaking in the stove vent and under the floorboards. Mike came out and did a thorough inspection and found a mold. He took the time to explain the mold remediation process and helped to alleviate our concerns. His team was very knowledgeable and efficient, taping off a containment area and using an air scrubber to make sure there were no mold spores spread to the rest of the house.
On another project in the primary bath our contractor found a wall stud with possible mold. Mike was able to come out the next day and assured us that there was no water issue but that the wood was probably brought in that way when the house was built. He quickly remediated the stud and kept our project on schedule.
