I was referred to Bridgewater Pump through a local septic pump company. My septic pump failed along with the floats and they were here almost immediately. They were super knowledgeable and awesome to work with. I highly recommend using these guys after our experience. Thank you!

I am incredibly impressed with Bridgewater Pump. I called them at 745am on a Wednesday morning and my call was immediately answered, the office staff was very pleasant. I was called within an hour by the service manager who was very helpful and within a few hours I had a crew on site who were great, skilled, friendly and helpful. Within an hour I was back up and running. I have worked with a few other companies and Bridgewater Pump was the most skilled and pleasant organization that I have met.

Amazing customer service - prompt and courteous. James and Justin showed up right on time as promised. Prior to that I had a septic pump emergency and I was recommended to contact Bridgewater Pump Inc. After the first call, I received a prompt followup call from Jay to get the details. Being a Friday, it was doubtful that they can make it till Monday - nevertheless they scheduled an 8 am Mon appointment and showed up right on time. James and Justin showed amazing presence of mind and tackled the shoddy job that was done by the initial system installer, within an hour. Their price was very reasonable.
