She can also do shape ups and fades as good as any barber shop. If you need braids, don't go anywhere else. She also does any kind of salon treatment you can think of, so even if you aren't black I'd give her a try.
I accidentally went to the wrong shop, and dropped my car off to be detailed. I want to be clear that I did not get my car detailed, but the owner was so kind and understanding despite my late-night mishap. He was working very hard at like 9 pm in his office, and had my keys stored in a lock box for my arrival. Very nice man, very kind.

We hired MAK to remove an old walkway and put in a 300sqft patio. Mitch was knowledgeable, punctual, and patient. He provided a detailed portfolio of past jobs, product samples, knowledge of patterns/ designs, and product information. I could see that equipment was clean and well cared for. The job took two and a half days. At the end of each day he broom swept the job site and left it safe and clean for the evening. The final product exceeded our expectations. We will be calling MAK back for future work in 2023.

Dorian walked me through their attic cleaning process, including insulation removal and attic insulation repair. Their team was efficient and respectful. I couldn’t believe the airflow improvement in the attic afterward—it was immediate! Their attic restoration turned the space into a usable, clean area again. I appreciated the detailed attic maintenance tips they gave me, too. These guys know what they’re doing. I’ll definitely be calling (BUSINESS NAME) again and recommending them to everyone I know.

I went to Beauty Locale for my wedding day look and was thrilled with the outcome. Jessicah and her team are quick to hear you out on what you are looking for, and meet you exactly there. I felt very listened to, and looked like "myself" Aka natural (but prettier, see pictures attached) with my hair and makeup. Beauty Locale was also tasked with doing a small army of bridesmaids' hair on my big day, to which they rose to the occasion for and left everyone feeling gorgeous!
I'm grateful to have found Payden at Hair Express! She is absolutely lovely, friendly, and knowledgeable. One thing I love most is her skill at dry cutting curly hair, which is exactly what I prefer and is extremely difficult to find anywhere, especially in our area! She's a gem. Payden takes the time to ask the right questions and listens to my preferences to understand what I'm looking for with my hair. I appreciate that she is so adaptable, while making sure to confirm our plan with me before she starts cutting, so we can be confident we're on the same page. We took our 4 year old son to get his hair cut here after seeing a positive review from someone whose kiddo is also autistic and got a great cut. It was a struggle, but Laurie did a PHENOMENAL job for our little guy. Infinite stars for her and her patience! Absolutely recommend going there!!!
I booked a haircut for my boyfriend online and even though we were almost 15 minutes (we’re so sorry for showing up that late but thank you for letting us in anyways!) late to it they still opened the door and they were still very welcoming to us and my toddler we brought with us. Al cut my boyfriend’s hair very nicely, made him look nice and handsome, and i paid only $35 through cashapp.
Rocco’s North End Barbershop was top-notch! Both of my sons absolutely loved their haircuts. We were here on vacation, and now we keep joking that we’ll have to drive three hours every time just to come back for a cut.

I love Bella Tan! The staff are so kind and helpful when it comes to first time tanning and the many options for tanning oils. I started going around March, and they were always so personable and ready to help. It’s clear that they care about their clients, taking the time to know their names, preferences, etc. The prices are reasonable, the location is perfect for me, as I can visit after a long day of classes. Side Note: the music they play is awesome! I love the 80s, 90s, and 2000s playlists, they really bring the mood up. If you’re looking for a positive atmosphere for tanning, this is your place ☺️

I’ve only been to Hollywood nails 3x but every experience was amazing and peaceful. I wish I knew the woman’s name who did my nails but I always forget to ask but I always tip good. She does everyone’s nails most of the time and I have no complaints the. One time I went to get my nails and my 3year old daughter’s nails done at the time and she is so good with kids. My nails came out so perfect again this time around I would 100% recommend coming here. It’s a small business but I’d rather the nail tech take her time than rush and that’s exactly what she did. Nice and precise. Most places are so busy and the nail techs usually rush. 10/10 Hollywood nails.

I recently moved to Pittsfield and was looking for a new hair stylist to highlight and cut my hair. After reading several reviews, I tried Four One Three Salon and so glad I did! Alexi Sondrini did a great job highlighting and styling my hair!! She was patient, kind, and made sure we were both on the same page before she started highlighting my hair. She took her time and answered all my questions during my visit. My hair turned out perfect! She blended my natural hair color with blonde highlights. And it looks all natural.
The salon was also easy to get to, easy to get in and out of the parking lot, and the salon itself was clean and comfortable. I will definitely continue to go back for future hair appointments with Alexi.
I could not be more delighted with my first experience at The Clip Shop in Pittsfield MA on Thursday 5/15. The salon was immaculate, and beautiful. I was welcomed by many. Barbara was my stylist and I highly recommend her. She was an excellent listener to my needs and gave me an absolutely fantastic haircut, blow-out, and styling. Barbara also discussed how to continue to style my new haircut at home and what products to use. Ella did a wonderful job at my shampoo, conditioning, and scalp massage. I felt pampered and appreciated as a new customer. Cannot wait to go again.
UPDATE: I have had two more visits to The Clip Shop and both visits have been as stellar as the first. Barbara did an excellent 2nd haircut, continuing to cut/style my hair in a way that my own haircare is far easier since Barbara began as my stylist.
Also, I tried the SPA Pedicure (also with Barbara). Now THAT was a pampering experience everyone needs from time to time. Tremendous nail-care, products, and cuticle care as well.

Our furnace went down on Sunday. I had a great experience with Damasca Landscaping company, Eric did an amazing job at our property. We previously had a water problem, as it was getting too close to the house after heavy rains and snows and Eric didn't only take care of that, he gave us the most reasonable estimate for the job. If you are looking for any work done at your house, whether it is to take care of water issue like we had or to do any work to change the landscape around your house, I highly recommend to give a chance to Damasca Landscaping company. There are very few companies in Berkshires that will do as good of a job as Eric does but nobody will give you more reasonable estimate than him. Good luck and God Bless.

I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist and procedures and everyone went above and beyond to be kind and helpful. I appreciate not being guilted about putting off needed dental work. It has made me feel more confident moving ahead getting appointments scheduled with a bit less anxiety about it. I appreciate the office staff that was there the day that I was there. She knows the book, but remains gentle in her movements while narrating everything she is about to do. Top notch trauma informed care! The person who runs the office, Amanda, is a wonderful service representative and it's noticeable that she is really listening to what I have to say. I always look forward to my next visit to Berkshire Family Chiropractic.Also, truly LGBTQ+ friendly. Which, and I can only speak to my experience, isn't the standard for trans people in society. It's just really nice to have found a spot that's technically public where I don't feel like I'm on display, or get treated differently.

I found Laci a while ago to surprise my boyfriend with a massage for his birthday, which he loved. I decided recently to finally treat myself with a deep therapeutic massage and she did amazing work. My career is a high stress environment, and I’m also still in school (aka tension allll the time). Laci takes the time to ask and understand why exactly you want a massage, and what areas need the most work. She worked at my knots deeply but in a slow/gentle way, and reminded me to breath through it. I also mentioned a recent medical diagnosis I have, that she wrote down to look further into it. She’s very genuine, and a phenomenal masseuse.
I came here looking for a professional deep tissue massage. This place delivered. The attendant was very skilled and did not need me to explain my situation. She started on my back and quickly identified my problem areas, methodically addressing the tension and pain points. I walked away feeling refreshed.
