If I could give more stars I absolutely would!!! Natasha has been my hairdresser for awhile now and EVERY time I go, she brings to life EXACTLY what I was imagining and she is SUCH a sweetheart, sooo nice and friendly. She will always go above and beyond to get what you want/pictured. Frank is also great!

After undergoing chemo and losing my hair, I finally decided to get a wig. It is a very sensitive and personal topic that has left me very self-conscious.
After being disappointed with the online stores(nothing ever looked like the pictures!), I was referred to The Hair Studio by my longtime local hair dresser, since she does not deal with wigs.
With my first phone call, Frank was extremely helpful and even offered to fit me in on the same day!!! I was truly impressed with the customer service!

A delightful first experience. Frank has had this shop..in the same location for over 40 years. Survived COVID and has a long list of loyal customers ( I spoke with one who has been going for 37 years)Natasha took my call the day before (was very pleasant) and fit me in the next day. She then added color to my hair and did a bit of texturizing. I will now drive to Pittsfield to have my hair done!
