6/3 Update: I was contacted by the owner Michelle after leaving a business chat. She apologized on behalf of the ladies that we encountered. She wanted to make it right and offer a discount make up for the inconvenience. She was very accommodating in working with our schedule to figure out a good date and time.
On arrival we were greeted by Michelle After being checked in. She showed us where we could sit and wait for the therapist to gather us. They brought us into the room and ask this questions on what we needed for our massages as we had chosen the therapeutic kind. They respected our privacy and gave sufficient time to change and to get on the beds.
They provided some aromatherapy as well. Both therapist are very good with their technique. They maintain privacy by keeping you sufficiently covered in areas that are not worked on.
When we were done, they again gave us more sufficient time to redress, and then met us outside the room with some water. They were very polite and engaging. When we proceeded to check out, it was Michelle who checked us out at the end of the service.
I would recommend this Spa.
5/13 I am very disappointed with the booking service. We had booked an appointment last Saturday 5/9 for a Mother’s Day gift through Instagram for today 5/13 at 530. They even took the credit card number. So we arrived on time. When we got there they didn’t have it in the system. They said the person whom we chatted with didn’t follow through and didn’t put it in the books. The Second Lady who tried to help the lady at the desk said “I’m sorry , I know you are disappointed.” “We cannot do anything this evening” and offered up to rebook while we were there. I missed a class to be able to go and it’s hard to work in with our schedule . I am both sad and upset that it was like an “oh well” attitude from both of them. They could have offered a discount for the inconvenience or sincerely apologized so that we would come back. We have been here a few times before (under my name) but I didn’t mention that and kept my cool so I didn’t embarrass my daughter even though I wanted to say more. We will probably look for another place.
Having just moved here recently I was looking for a hair salon. I got an appointment with Bill. He was awesome. He took the time to listen to me, made suggestions and I couldn't be happier with my new cut. I'd give him 10 stars if I could. The shop was also very clean and the whole staff was friendly and the energy there was over the top. I will be going back. Thank you Bill for outstanding service.

The quality products speak for themselves, but the staff are extremely personable and knowledgeable and attentive. They always provide very prompt and punctual service. I highly recommend them for any pool or hot tub needs
I usually go to another nail salon but wanted to try this place out. Getting ready for a wedding and wanted something better than what I was getting at my regular salon. This place did not disappoint, she did an amazing job on my nails, listened and gave me exactly what I asked for.
Now the pedicure, not something I usually treat myself to but wedding and all made it a must do. Worth every single cent. I had my feet and legs scrubbed, massaged and pampered better then I ever have. And they did an amazing French tip paint job on that too.
And the environment was great. Exactly what you want to see when you go to a place like this. Lots of regulars. They knew a lot of their clients by name. The laughter and conversation between clients and staff was just perfect. Watching how attentive they were being with a much older lady making sure they got the color just right. Helped her move around as she wasn’t very steady on her feet. Can’t leave out their very helpful young man in there (one of the techs son). Loved how much he interacted with staff and clients, he came in during my appointment after school and just had everyone in there laughing and smiling. Giving out waters and greeting clients by name. Great kid!!
I’ll def be back.
