Yess she was so sweet and thay all made me feel so comfortable.never going back to box hair dye🤣🩷 it look better the what I expected even tho it was hard to get the black hair dye out she did not give up 10/10 period will go back and was a very good price help me stay on my bugget love y’all
I'm grateful to have found Payden at Hair Express! She is absolutely lovely, friendly, and knowledgeable. One thing I love most is her skill at dry cutting curly hair, which is exactly what I prefer and is extremely difficult to find anywhere, especially in our area! She's a gem. Payden takes the time to ask the right questions and listens to my preferences to understand what I'm looking for with my hair. I appreciate that she is so adaptable, while making sure to confirm our plan with me before she starts cutting, so we can be confident we're on the same page. With Payden, I know my curls are in great hands.
Chasity cut my hair today as a last-minute walk in, she asked all the right questions and did all the right things! Will definitely see her again! I wish I could give two separate reviews one for the stylist who was wonderful and a second for the reception staff. Being in customer service myself, I noticed that upon arriving, the receptionist was not terribly friendly and upon leaving, there was a different receptionist who didn’t look at me or speak to me other than to tell me what I owed and hand me back the change. It could’ve been just a bad day as it was in the middle of a snowstorm.
