The waiting was a bit longer than I expected dispite coming more than 10 minutes before my appointment. The hygienist Jordan and doctor Scott was absolutely lovely and they listened to my concerns regarding my teeth. They provided information to calm my worries and educate me on the matters of teeth. I truly appreciate the time they gave during my appointment without making the experience feel rushed and impersonal as I have been made to feel in the past at other offices.
I had a temporary denture that was cracked into three pieces, held together by gobs of denture cream. I found North Easton Dental Associates on Google, called them (got a live voice, not a robot) and in one day had all new patient forms and paperwork completed, and an appointment scheduled the next morning at 8:30 am. Diagnosis, impressions, x-rays, and treatment plan completed in 2 hours! Denture was repaired SAME DAY better than the original - picked it up at 3:00 pm! I’ve been going here for 5 years now and every visit gets better. Always in and out and love the dental hygienists and staff! So friendly and the reminders in advance/leading up to the appointments are so helpful. I moved away from Easton but will continue to keep coming here!
