Danielle sent out very clear info prior to the appointment outlining our options. The man who came ( whose name I unfortunately can't recall) explained everything very well and gave me tips too. He was honest about what was needed, (just the basics) , and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Oh, if only I could find this level of service, honesty and value with other contractors!
