“Didn't realize we were having a treatment today, never got an email alerting us that treatment was coming😔. One of our cats was outdoors, which we always make sure does not happen. Also, if rain is coming, which is in the forecast for this evening, we usually ask for another day. We only have your treatments twice a year so we're a little anxious about the day we are getting it done. I've called in the past or answered on the email, but there wasn't one. If it pours tonight we hope another treatment can be done. Thanks.”
