I found a bug in the house and was worried that it was a bed bug or flea. Called Florence Pest Solutions for the first time. Steve let me send a pic and ruled out bed bugs and fleas right there over the phone. If we ever have a real pest problem, Florence Pest Solutions will be the first call.
Quick response, Steve was thorough and informative as to what he was doing and the process involved; ants have virtually disappeared (though told we may expect another small infestation, nothing has shown up!), very pleased - thanks, great job!
