Pest Control in Springfield

“This review has nothing to do with the professional services the company provides but rather a specific employee who was so kind to me and my girlfriend. Yesterday, we were stuck in ice and unable to drive. One of the employees, who'd be leaving a home after a job, went out of his way to help us push our car free. We didn't catch his name but wanted to leave a review to further express our gratitude.

I mistakenly emailed them (I thought it was municipal/county animal control and not a business) about a legal question regarding injured deer involved in vehicle collisions. They responded very quickly (they could have just ignored my email) and explained they were not in a position to answer that and provided contact info for animal control. They obviously knew I wasn't reaching out for business, yet they took time to respond anyways in a prompt and kind manner.“
