I called Minuteman for a mouse problem. Their customer service is exceptional... from the person who took my call, Danielle, to the person who came out to our home. I didn't have to wait long at all for an appointment. I thought I was going to have to wait around that day but they were actually a little early. Danielle sent out very clear info prior to the appointment outlining our options. The man who came ( whose name I unfortunately can't recall) explained everything very well and gave me tips too. Job well done! Had a bees nest up extremely high in the soffit called them in the morning and they were here within hours!!!
