“Craig Cox and his staff are beyond awesome! Watching him do an exam on your dog is so reassuring! He feels every inch for lumps bumps etc. He rotates their legs paws etc checking for limitation or pain. Orders age appropriate labs and is not an alarmist but discusses approaches with you. When it was time for us to say goodbye to our 4 th fur baby he was very supportive, accommodating and kind. I love that my dogs always saw the same vet who knew them well.we will Always be grateful to him and the BEST vet assistant ever Maria“

“We had a wonderful experience at Bulger today with Dr. Canes in the ER. She was warm, kind, and compassionate and really took the time to make sure my dog was ok.

We also see Dr. Prahl who provides excellent internal medicine care. I appreciate that she coordinates care with our regular vet. I feel like we have the greatest veterinary team. Several years I was so impressed with how her team went out of their way to coordinate an endoscopy with a dental (general medicine) to keep my dog from needing anesthesia during multiple visits.

We also had a great experience with Dr. Casiotis in ophthalmology.

Each veterinarian at this practice is highly qualified and treats pets with the utmost care.“

“I've taken my ten-year-old Golden Retriever, Bailey, to PetMedic Burlington - Urgent Care Vet Clinic three times, twice for an ear infection and another when he injured his hind leg. The staff was great with Bailey. The vet techs and doctors make him feel so at ease that he doesn't mind going if he needs to, which is refreshing because he usually doesn't like going to the vet.❤“

“Dr Hanson and her amazing team cared for my dog for the last 15 years including many tough times. When he was attacked in the woods years ago Dr Hanson saved his life (fixing what an emergency vet did wrong). she treated seizures and did dental surgery and always cared for him with love. After reading some of the reviews I can see that some of the cons are unfair because in any practice of medicine there are protocols and to make a diagnosis you do need to perform test to rule out other probable causes and many people do not understand that. I brought my dog to the clinic and was satisfied with the care. I came only because it wasn't corporate, and the Middlesex Animal Hospital closed, and its great DMV referred me. I do believe the care is superior to corporate care BUT the costs are extremely high, but I guess if you want high end service you must pay high end prices. If you are a senior and on a fixed income this is not the place for you. To sum it up, docs, techs and door greeters are very friendly and caring. If you are on social security and a fixed income this place is not for you. I was lucky enough to return to my original vet because he reopened his practice, and he has an exceptional reputation around my area and pricing for those financially constrained is affordable.“

“My family been using adams for forever and I been bring my animals for 25 years. And I had to recently put one of mine down at the emergency vet on Cabot and never told them about it. And they still went out of their way to send a card and hand wrote a whole big letter about my baby and wishing my family and I their condolences. “We had gone to bay state animal clinic for almost 11 years. They always gave such great care to our American bulldog and made her feel so special and loved. Over the past 2.5 years she battled Cushings disease and they were so great with helping us navigate that. When we had to finally say goodbye, they were exceptionally tender, kind, and empathetic. “We had a great experience at good dog aquatics with our 14 year old pug. Luis and Mary were awesome to work with and answered any questions we had while also teaching us new techniques and excersises we can do at home and in our pool to maintain our boys range of mobility, strength and endurance as he ages. “We come here all the way from Marblehead! Dr Bysko diagnosed our English bulldog with a liver condition when we got her spayed (I chose Woburn bc we did a less invasive one). If we had not gone here I don’t think we’d have a proper diagnosis today. The care here is unmatched.“

“Dr. Kim has been so supportive and responsive every time I’ve had a concern about my dog. I can call him with a question and he calls back as soon as he can with his thoughts and if he thinks she needs to be looked at he will set up an appointment. If he doesn’t think she needs an appointment he helps us understand how we can best treat her at home.“

“I used to bring my dog to Dr. Duca , but after the pandemic I changed to a closer vet. My dog is difficult at the vet so I switched to a larger staff. Dr. Duca is very knowledgeable and I appreciate his integrity in that he wasn't looking to charge me or add on extras. I didn't get the chance to thank him for caring for my dog when he was a puppy and early years. My dog is now 12 and doing well. I would have continued with Dr. Duca, however my dog can be a handful and we just needed a bigger staff to handle him. But thanks Dr.Duca.“
