“We had an amazing experience at Good Dog Aquatic for our dog’s physical therapy. Luis and Mary are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and caring. It’s especially clear that Luis has been doing this work for many years, his expertise shows in everything he does and gives you a lot of confidence throughout the process!

What we really appreciated is how involved they include you as an owner. They take the time to explain the exercises and make sure you understand how to continue them at home, so you feel equipped to support your dog’s recovery between sessions. It truly feels like a team effort!

“I still take my pets here, and my fosters. I take my pets here for their annual check ups and medication prescriptions for them. They do care about your pets. Anything serious, I take them to the ER, Riverside doesn't have overnight care, and I have a cat with asthma, but they really took good care of him when he was first diagnosed.“

“To start off with I have to say the doctors, vet techs, and door greeters are great. There is a lot of staff and a few I assume are administrative. The new office is very attractive. After reading some of the reviews I can see that some of the cons are unfair because in any practice of medicine there are protocols and to make a diagnosis you do need to perform test to rule out other probable causes and many people do not understand that. I brought my dog to the clinic and was satisfied with the care. I came only because it wasn't corporate, and the Middlesex Animal Hospital closed, and its great DMV referred me. I do believe the care is superior to corporate care BUT the costs are extremely high, but I guess if you want high end service you must pay high end prices. If you are a senior and on a fixed income this is not the place for you. To sum it up, docs, techs and door greeters are very friendly and caring. If you are on social security and a fixed income this place is not for you. I was lucky enough to return to my original vet because he reopened his practice, and he has an exceptional reputation around my area and pricing for those financially constrained is affordable.“

“My family and I had to make a very difficult decision to have our dog euthanized. We wanted to do it at home, and it was important to have it done quickly as she was suffering greatly.
Jen (I believe her name was) was incredible to plan with, and very helpful and supportive. Dr. Parrott was able to come out that same day, thankfully.
Dr. Parrott went above and beyond to inform us every step of the way and make sure we were as comfortable as possible, along with our dog. He didn't rush the process, and was very gentle and kind. I was nervous, not knowing him before this, that we might get someone who was insensitive or who rushed the process. I'm so grateful that was not the case, and that we ended up with Dr. Parrott. We were able to lay our dog to rest in a peaceful way and really soak in our last moments with her.

“Dr. Callahan truly cares for all of his patients. My cat, Jaxon, is just over 1 year old, and he suddenly got ill, and I didn’t know why. Dr. Callahan and his staff have been so amazing, kind, and patient with me through this whole situation. They have all gone above and beyond for Jaxon. They show so much care and love for both him and I. When your fur baby is sick, it can be very scary.
