All the staff were very friendly and polite. The masseuse, I didn't get her name, was awesome! I've never had a Thai massage before but it was absolutely fabulous, I walked out way less sore than when I walked in. “I found a germ in Wilmington! Vitality Spa is truly amazing. I have facial treatments performed by Christina and the results are just outstanding: my skin is glowing and redness disappeared, my spider veins went away. I’m having Intense Pulse Light (IPL) treatment and laser treatment for spider veins on my face, it works phenomenal! Everyone have noticed the changes in my skin and keep asking what did I do - the answer is Vitality Spa and Christina! “I had my first ever facial here last Saturday and it was the most amazing and relaxing experience. I was a little early so Cindy (owner) showed me to the relaxation room upstairs where I put my feet on a warm Himalayan salt rock while I waited for my appointment. Jillian came minutes later to show me to the room where she gave an extremely relaxing facial. It included a lovely arm massage while calming music played in the background. When she was finished, she showed me back to the relaxation room where I had a hot cup of tea and a fresh scone homemade by Cindy, it was delicious! After I overstayed my welcome, I sadly made my way to my car to head home. I didn’t want to leave! I will absolutely be back to try out the other services they offer!“

“I suffer from awful cystic acne that crops up due to hormones. For the most part they're able to be resolved by themselves, but sometimes they leave sebaceous hyperplasia. Sebaceous hyperplasia are clogged and trapped pores and look like hard, flesh colored bumps. The only way to remove them is by lasering or with electrocautery. Skin Classic (which is offered here) takes care of Sebaceous hyperplasia at a very reasonable cost and recovery time. I was able to get them Apped within 10 minutes and recovery was only about a week or so. Highly, highly recommend.“
