Went here for the first time recently. After 25 years of utilizing just 3 masssge therapists, Chad (#4) at Body and Mind, races to the top. This gentleman is a real pro. GO HERE. It’s excellent.

Love this place as always. Nice and calming. Lynda was so educated. She even helped pick a Dermologic brand sunscreen for me at check out for daily protection on my face. The dermologic sunscreen is incredibly smooth upon applying/ very minimal and non greasy at all. Feels like melted butter! I am very allergic to anything lavender. I have an alert on my acct and I always mention it during scheduling so the esthetician can prepare her supplies properly. I’ve had a few massages here and I can say they have all been good. I was trying to the find that one therapist that just nails it with pressure and movement. Cassie is that one for me. I’ve had 2 massages from her and she’s friendly and just gives a fantastic massage…. Highly recommend Cassie!!! Thank you!!
