I have been going to Ashley for about a year now for facials and wax. I have very sensitive skin and I used to always get burnt by the wax no matter where I go until I found Ashley, she is very professional, knowledgeable, gentle, and a sweet heart!!I definitely recommend Balance Spa, the spa is always clean, cozy, and well equipped.

Fiona is excellent, very attentive to individual needs and I have had great massages with her both before pregnancy and while pregnant. Good ambiance in the spa, front desk staff are always lovely. Great place to unwind and get some self care!

I love the Balance Spa! It’s clean, staff are great and the prenatal massage I got recently was just what I needed. Sandy was awesome at recommending a ball on Amazon to help with my sciatica. Highly recommend!
