Balance Spa is an amazing place to get anything you need to calm down and relax after a long day. I highly recommend booking with Hannah for a facial!! She does an unbelievable job. My favorite is the essential which includes great massages. The spa as a whole is a very nice environment and everyone is always so nice and smiley. I've also gotten a very very nice massage there. Book your next appointment!!!
About Balance Spa
Balance Spa offers exceptional massage experiences, with skilled therapists like Colleen who provide top-notch services. Their CBD massage and deep tissue massages are highly praised, leaving clients feeling relaxed, refreshed, and sleeping like babies. The spa's beautiful and calming environment, along with the friendly staff, make for a wonderful overall experience. Recently, guests have highlighted the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, noting how comfortable they felt during their massages. The addition of hot stones was particularly appreciated for enhancing relaxation. However, it's essential to clarify any additional costs or services with the masseuse to avoid surprises at checkout. Balance Spa also offers phenomenal manicure and pedicure services, with staff dedicated to ensuring a comfortable experience. While one customer experienced a discoloration issue with their manicure, the staff responded graciously by offering a free polish removal and investigating the matter. Balance Spa continues to aim for excellence and is highly recommended by many guests.
Reviews
I had a fabulous full body massage yesterday by Amy. Would absolutely recommend Amy and Balance Spa.
Was gifted a massage for my birthday and honestly it was the best gift ever. From start to finish everything was 10/10. Every staff member is interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable. My masseuse was Juliana and she was terrific. She listened to my areas of concern and she made sure that I left there feeling better than when I came in. The massage itself was incredible, from the aromatherapy to the heated table, everything was top notch. I will absolutely be back!
