“Easy to find what I need.for my dog. She gets the regular large breed kibble from Purina, and the store stocks two sizes. I know where the bags are and what I want.I've tried ordering from Amazon for the convenient delivery, but my experience is that Amazon ships whatever they like. It's always been Purina, but some types that my dog is not used to and doesn't like.Petco is nearby, and I often stop on my way to or from the kennel in Watertown where she boards and gets daily playtime. Petco staff is great!“

“We love Boston Fetch! I’ve used them as my dog walker since last summer, and my dog has loved all of her walkers. She’s always excited to go out, and they do such a great job of handling my exuberant girl and pair her with dogs she loves.I need to give a special shout out since my dog is currently recovering from surgery. Her walks and interactions needed to be limited. Sophie and the team have done a great job modifying her schedule and handling her exactly as needed. They did such a great job with walks that I trusted them to watch my dog while I went away for the weekend.I have utilized other dog walking companies and doggie daycares in the Boston area and Boston Fetch is the best one I’ve used. They are dog experts.“

“We used Paws About Town for a few years while we lived in Newton MA. Im a first responder, so i dont have a set weekly schedule. They were the only dog walkers we could find that were willing to work with our schedule. Our dog is a blind Puggle with a big personality. She absolutely loved every time she got to have her play dates with Jason. You can tell he truly loves what he does and cares about each dog. We even had them board her while we went on vacation a couple times. Honestly I'm not sure I would trust anybody more than Paws About Town with my dog.“

“I would hire Jeff again in a heartbeat. If your dog needs 1:1 training or training in a special environment, I can't recommend Good Dog Boston enough. Jeff is patient but enthusiastic, and you can tell he loves what he's doing. He comes to each training session with a goal, and then he gives homework based on how the session went. We had varied locations for our sessions in order to maximize effectiveness, and I know I wouldn't have been able to make so much progress so quickly without Jeff.“

“Jen cared for my 11 year old hound mutt Biscuit during my 4 day vacation. She sent photos and texts. It allowed me to know the big guy was happy. She’ll be the first person I call before my next vacation!“
“Our dog LOVES Go Play! We did puppy and basic obedience courses there and she goes weekly for daycare. When they open the door for her to come in our dog runs in and doesn’t look back! Go Play was also super helpful and supportive when we were going through behavioral issues with our dog. They’re so fantastic!“
“So far pretty good. You get a video feed access to their main room so u can see ur dog playing with other dogs etc. Prices overall are decent and cheaper than say rover folks. They do dog bath too. Its basically an indoor place only. In a stripmall. I dont think they have an outdoor area. We havre a small indoor type dog. We go here for boarding and so far happy. Only thing is our dog sometimes has diarrhea day after we pick him up. Anxiety? Dunno“

“I had my King Charles Cavalier groomed by Alex on Saturday. Can’t express what a wonderful job she did. He is 5 and this is by far the best grooming he has had and so quick, he was only there for a little over an hour, which is important to me because he is nervous. Great job Metro pets!! ❤️❤️“

They really are “fluent in dog.” When I started my service dog training journey, I was completely overwhelmed and wondering what I’d gotten myself into. At no point will I pretend that training your own service dog is an easy undertaking. “My mother and I came into the Animal Rescue League of Boston (Dedham location) today looking to give a young kitten a forever home. When we entered, we were immediately greeted by Taylor at the reception desk and we were brought into the adoption center to meet the kittens shortly after! Taylor, as well as the other staff members were very patient with the process as my mother and I agreed on which adorable kitten to bring home (which was a very tough decision considering that the Animal Rescue League of Boston location in Dedham had plenty of adorable kittens/cats to choose from). After spending close to three hours at the shelter visiting the cats and discussing our options, we ultimately chose a timid yet very loving and talkative young kitty. Following choosing our new kitten, Taylor was very helpful in walking us through the paperwork in the most efficient, yet understandable way possible and gave us tips on how to make our fur baby feel at home. I highly recommend the Animal Rescue League to anyone looking to adopt! We had a wonderful experience!“

“We have been working with Cara for basic training for our very playful, energetic and friendly 3 month old German Shorthaired Pointer. She has been amazing! Within one session with Cara, we found ourselves with a more manageable puppy. Our puppy also loves working with Cara. Cara really cares about what she does and it definitely shows! She arrives on time and knows exactly what to do. She’s also available to field any questions or troubleshoot any situations for 2 weeks after your session. We highly recommend her to anyone!“
