Mike - the current owner and our service provider - did a thorough job on a sunroom sectional.

While he estimated it would take approximately two hours to clean he cleaned for over three hours. He pulled the sectional pieces away from the room's walls, to ensure he even did the hidden back panels.

And while the work took longer than he expected - in part because he thought the sectional was a little smaller than what he saw in a photo I sent him - he honored his original quote.

The service cost - even with what should have been the correct quote - was reasonable for the amount of time and effort he put in.

Mike G did an awesome job - he got out a bad black stain in the carpet from an elliptical exercise machine that went haywire on the previous owner of this property, and a couple other smaller stains too. Very happy with the service.

Our 4th different carpet cleaner company in 16 years and Mike got stains out that none of the other 3 did. Professional and dedicated. Was contemplating buying a few new carpets and now don't have to saving me almost $ 3k. That is easy math. No reason to call anyone else in the future. Thanks
