“Mark worked very hard to get some stains out of my carpet that I figured were permanent, but I just wanted to make sure. While he wasn't able to get all the stains out, they do look much better. I am happy with the job. He even offered to clean another stain that wasn't on the list as a "challenge". It also looks better!“

“We went to Kennedy Carpet for new wall to wall for our upstairs bedrooms. We met with Maureen who worked diligently to make sure we were happy and kept in touch throughout the buying and installing process. On the day of installation, Sean and Lee made sure to move all our bedroom furniture carefully and did a beautiful job removing our old rug, installing the new rug, and returning our bedroom set to its original position. They vacuumed and cleaned up so we could enjoy our space. The next day, Sean and Chris tackled the other bedrooms. Again, their professionalism and attention to detail was greatly appreciated! “Last fall, my parents asked for my help to find some new-to-them gabbeh rugs (see tribal rugs from Iran and the surrounding region). It was a horrific experience, until we went to Silk Road Orientals in Acton. We searched high and low, going through numerous rug shops in Metro Boston and Southern New Hampshire. Typically what we would find is either a really ugly rug at a reasonable price or a really beautiful rug superbly over priced... We're talking in excess of $7,000. Our budget was about $1,200. I'd typically end the visit exasperated and near death from going through rugs, piled high and full of dust, and leaving empty handed. But, when we went to Silk Road Orientals that all changed. Within 15 minutes, I unfortunately found 3 rugs which fit the bill for my parents. And they price we were given was amazing, so amazing we actually went home with all three rugs. Thanks to about an hour in this store, I will never have to help my parents shop for rugs again, and that in and of itself is a blessing.“
