“As promised on their site, they will continue to spot clean the rug as many times as it takes until further cleaning makes no difference. They cleaned my well used, stained and mildewed rug to look like its original self. I'm very pleased, and I will be using them again in the future. There are other places that offer one day cleaning, but I seriously doubt they can do as good of a job.“
