Unethical company: I signed a contracted with Emerald Acres in May and paid for the contracted service. They then billed me at the end of the season for additional services that I did not ask for. When I called for an explanation they were rude.

About 6 mos. ago Emerald Acres came and treated a tree for which we hadn't requested service but did not treat the trees which were to have been treated. After numerous conversations with the office, the trees needing treatment never received it. Kept getting the runaround that the owner was away and nothing could happen in his absence. They did zero out the erroneous bill for the tree that should not have been treated and we have since been using the services of a different (wonderful) company. Now out of the blue they have sent a new bill for the service that they previously zero'd because it was never requested nor agreed to. What a mess.

Odd unprofessional and constantly confused staff about prices and products, horrible results, and when they fail to deliver on any of their promises, and you refuse to pay for brown acre, they wont stop service, and continue their imaginary application, rack up the bill and then take you to small court.All around clown business. Stay away, miles away.
