I've used Dan Cormier of HfH for several home repair issues over the years. He is highly experienced, resourceful, attentive, prompt, and efficient. He showed particular resourcefulness for an issue recently that seemed to have no good solution, but relying on his experience, he got a particular part made that allowed him to resolve the issue. I used Dan twice. The wood beneath my sink had warped so he cut it out and installed a new piece. The plumber had to get at the pipe in the bathroom and left a hole that needed to be fixed and he did that in such a way I could paint right over it. The piece of wood at the bottom of the door leading into the garage snapped partially off lengthwise. Figured I'd need to get a whole new one, but Dan used these little football shaped things that one side went into the broken piece and one side went into the piece already there, glued it tight and said not to step on it for a few days.
