Our experience with SWAT Radon Mitigation was outstanding. From our initial contact and scheduling to the final install was efficient and professional. Communication was excellent and they kept us informed during all steps of the process. Our installation technician Al was exceptional. His recommendations for placement and his work was better than we expected. Al was super clean and he answered all of our questions. We highly recommend SWAT for radon mitigation.
The tech that did my mitigation system was courteous and friendly and certainly was knowable. Did a superb job! He explained everything in detail. I no businesses are having a hard time finding good help. Well swat environmental has found a golden egg. Connor was a conscientious person, which are hard to come by these days.
Rob from SWAT team was the technician who installed the system . He was very professional and knowledgeable! we discussed and evaluated potential options for location and then he installed the system. He did a very clean and great job with installation inside and outside. I highly recommend Rob and his work! Also Ken from office was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all our questions during the initial phone calls.
