I’ve been working with Boston Help Desk for several years now, and I can’t say enough good things about them. Their team is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also consistently reliable and friendly. Whether it’s a complex IT issue or just a quick question, they respond swiftly and always offer solutions that work.
Amazing Team!! I've been in the hospitality business for 20 yrs and have worked with BHD for 8yrs. I've seen my share of good IT service and not so good. Bob is always there when you need him, he's always fast to respond and extremely knowledgeable. The whole team is truly fantastic. Ennio or new tech, Jen, Daniel, Mohammed, Lucas and Albert, what a team. If you own or operate a hotel, you need this team.
The BHD team is responsive, knowledgeable, and always quick to resolve issues before they become bigger problems. Highly recommend them to any business looking for reliable IT support and cybersecurity services.
