My experience with the Digital Docs, over several years has always been positive. I have never witnessed more honesty in any proprietor. But, equally important, Stephen knows his stuff. He's been doing this for a looong time. I have never hesitated to send someone his way to solve a problem. If the device is beyond redemption, Stephen will let you know before you spend a dime. I have also witnessed his success with problems that were unaddressed (sometimes costing $$$) by big box competitors, all for his flat fee. Highest rating

So he keeps track when you arrive/call/email, right?! Most important, he does seem to come up with solutions when they're needed, and man, when they're needed, we the public are already in PANIC mode. He gets that. If he seems a bit brusque at times, it's probably because a morning full of panic calls (like mine often are), can do a body ill. Just be patient. He won't forget you and he WILL give it his all, and solve your issue, even if it means coming to your house (a LOT of what he does will not require this). I gave him 5 stars because he really can be a life raft when the electronic chips are down ....
