Michelle has been instrumental in helping me address my chronic tailbone pain (coccydynia). Through a combination of examination, education, massage, exercises, and lifestyle changes, Michelle has helped me achieve relief from pain that had been inescapable for years. With guidance from Michelle, I've been able to retrain myself so I can sit without pain, and she helped me obtain a medical accommodation for a sit-stand desk at work. Changing my posture has also improved my chronic neck and TMJ pain, which I wasn't expecting. Throughout the process, Michelle has been friendly, welcoming, thoughtful, flexible, and professional. Before and during exams and massage, she prioritizes explaining what she's doing and why. She's always eager to try out new approaches, and she even invested time and energy into learning more about chronic tailbone pain so that she could provide me with the best care possible. I can't recommend her highly enough!

If you want great care for your teeth, this is the place. Great staff and dentists, super friendly and professional. Made a mistake and went to one of those franchise dentists, bad move on my part, what a rip-off and bad service. If you are in need of a new dentist or want an upgrade, check this place out, you will be very happy.

We just had our house, roof, and the concrete around our pool power washed by Dan and he did an amazing job. I wish I had before and after pictures to share. I am sharing an after photo of the pool deck because I didn’t even know this was the color of the concrete! Dan is also very personable and great with communication - i.e., what day/time he will be there for the estimate and the scheduled power wash day. The bonus was that my baby was very entertained by Dan for awhile! Thanks again!

make the tough decision of putting our beloved boxer down. Kara & her assistant were AMAZING. They explained every step with such grace and compassion. They also gave myself and my family all the time we needed to say goodbye to our Bindy.
Kara is incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and the convenience of having her come to our for well/sick visits and euthanasia was reduced the stress on our dog and ourselves.
This company was very easy to work with. They were professional, friendly and did a great job for us.
So, my teenage daughter’s glasses had broken a couple of months before-not that she likes wearing her glasses because some young women think they’re too cute to wear glasses, which IMO, actually makes them look smahhhter and cuter. Anyway, like I was saying, I took her to Specs Perry. We were attended by Greg. I’m all about the energy, and Greg had great energy. He had a welcoming smile and demeanor and was able to show us some options for for my daughter, and since said mom (i.e., I) was going to be paying for said glasses, we settled on a really cute but affordable pair, and not the bougier ones she initially wanted, lol. Anyway, the beautiful part is that they apparently do their work right on site and within a day or two I was already getting a phone call from Greg saying that her glasses were ready. I was absolutely delighted. I highly, highly recommend Specs Perry. Kudos to you Greg for making your customers feel welcome. Highly recommend! 10/10

I had an extremely difficult situation and Adam walked with me through the entire process. He explained all information and options to me and then encouraged me to decide what was best for me.
He was in constant contact with me throughout and I never felt in the dark.

Yadira is an amazing hairstylist. This location, for anyone new to the area is NOT where mPs takes you. It's actually Roots to Ends in East Longmeadow! Make sure to let them know if you need the physical address and bring cash or a check. They do not accept cards. However, they are worth it! Great and friendly service and they listen to what you want! I will definitely be back and hope to be a regular.
Mirkins is an AWESOME dry cleaner. They have great service (from dry cleaning, to sewing and repairs), friendly owner and staff, and very flexible on pickup time from quick to normal few days. And best of all, they have very reasonable prices. I drive 25 miles to there location and i would not use any other dry cleaner. THE BEST!

Dr. Odierna and his staff were wonderful! The anticipation of getting a root canal was much worse than the actual procedure. He explained everything and put me at ease. He has an excellent chair-side manner.
My mother in law’s nurse, physical therapist and occupational therapist went above and beyond. We highly recommend Legacy and thank them for all their help.

Jon and his crew renovated our kitchen while we were away. He coordinated our project, which was completed before we returned home. Jon's communication with us during the renovation was excellent so we were appraised of how it was progressing day to day including pictures. The renovation was stunning from the installation of the quartz and tile to the small details of under-cabinet lighting. The kitchen area was cleaned and dusted when we arrived home. We love our renovation and trust Jon's professionalism.
I cannot recommend this salon enough. I recently tried this salon for the first time when my regular stylist was unavailable. I had such a wonderful experience getting a haircut with Chelsey that I decided to try getting my color done with her as well a couple months later. Chelsey is warm and lovely but most importantly she’s incredibly talented. I got a gorgeous balayage with her. I am extremely finicky about my hair so it’s wonderful to find someone who is so willing to understand exactly what it is that I'm looking for.
The salon has a gorgeous interior and a very welcoming staff. You will feel at ease the moment you walk through the doors.
Ellen and Julia are the reason for the stars. Update: since Ellen’s departure it’s been quite difficult to get appointments that aren’t cancelled or rescheduled. Unfortunately, I have purchased several packages that now I’m regretting as there is always a cancellation due to the new aesthetician’s changing schedule. I’m going to see if they can be reimbursed.
Update: Mellisa is a wonderful aesthetician and thankfully I’ve had very few hiccups since I’ve been going to her for facials.
Joe always responds quickly and fixes the problem every time at a fair price. In addition to fixing assorted plumbing problems we've had over the years, Joe has installed a furnace and water heater for us.I highly recommend using JAM Plumbing and Heating.
Dr. Brooks is the best cosmetic surgeon in this area. He is knowledgeable, professional, very meticulous with his patients and he has amazing staff that work with him. I highly recommend him. I wish I could give him 7 stars? !
Emily always does the best job with my nails. I’ve been a client of hers since January. Longmeadow is so lucky to have Emily! She did a beautiful job on my engagement nails. She helped grow out my natural nails and made them healthier. I get so many compliments on my nails and shocked responses when I tell people these are my natural nails and not acrylic. She’s a miracle worker.
Nick and Joel were the best realtors we could ask for. Professional, knowledgeable and generally wonderful humans. Home buying is often a stressful time and we couldn’t have been happier going thru it. Always a text or call away and willing to help with any questions or homes we wish to see. Happy to say they helped us find the perfect home and walked us thru the closing. Highly recommend!
