I was able to experience Sofwave today. I was educated on the process from start to finish. I found the procedure to be virtually painless with the topical lidocaine and two Tylenol. Leah and her staff at the Shot Shop are very professional and knowledgeable which made me feel very comfortable. I will be back!

Heathers knowledge in skincare is unmeasurable! She continues to amaze & educate me with the latest technology and guides me in the right direction in what’s best for my skin. Now when I buy products I know why, and how to use them correctly! After 4 sessions of the Bio Re-peel my skin looks brighter, smoother, and clearer! 10/10 would recommend this treatment and aesthetician.
