I just got home from a root canal done by Dr. Odierna. This was my first root canal. To say what I think he did a beautiful job would be an understatement. I had no pain and no discomfort during the process which took about 1 hour 15 minute from walk in to walk out. My observation is that that Dr. Odierna is very detailed with his work. His Dental Assistant, Cathy, was amazing. The morning before my appointment, Cathy called me and was very calming over the phone. I told her I was nervous and ensured me everything would be okay and not to loose sleep. She was right. I would highly recommend Dr. Odierna, Cathy and the entire team at WMass Endo. THANK YOU!!!

Appointment was on time. Dr. Took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. He did a great job explaining what to expect too. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The attention, professionalism and service at this place were outstanding!Very welcoming and clear with information at the front desk.Process of check up is very detailed and assertive, they took great care of me from start to finish.Very impressed with the service received and the cleaningness of the location.Highly recommended.
