That being said, they did get me in for an appointment straight away (same day) when I had a pressing issue that needed assistance. I plan to continue care here for many years. “My daughters are both patients there but my 2 year old in particular has been having a very tough time with sickness and breathing. Yesterday we saw Meghan Feeley and I finally felt like I was being heard! She took Evelyn under her wing and was determined to find a care plan and solution to help her feel better. As the end of the appointment I was teary eyed and finally felt positive about the direction we were going! I was so quick to call my husband to rave about Meghan and the steps she took and the help we received. I could have hugged her! I cannot rave enough about Allergy West and their care team! We have also seen Dr. Naryan who is also just as incredible!“

“Excellent experience before and after the visit.Dr. Lin is extremely attentive and explained everything prior to the colonoscopy and followed up afterwards, before I left.The following morning, I received a text asking how I was feeling and whether I needed to speak to a nurse about any questions I had. “The doctor’s care is fantastic and so the star rating is for that.But the check-in system is not, but I’m not taking stars off for that. The electronic sign in system would be a great idea if you’re not 90 years old (my mother-in-law or anyone who didn’t grow up with internet, scanners or tablets). Plus all of her info was already in the system from three months ago (as confirmed by the system near the end), so what was the point of getting out the driver’s license, Medicare, and health care provider card again! The opposite of convenient. Just place the info on the screen and ask if any information has changed! End of rant.“

“No longer a private practice that was Groton Medical Associates, now it's owned by Emerson Health Primary Care (Groton).I mostly only see Dr Goodman on my yearly physicals but I'm happy with the care I receive with all the great nurse practitioners in the group. Usually I can get an appointment the same day.“

Scheduling is easy and I have been going to both the Acton and Harvard location (both are equally far for me).There is some better availability and flexibility if you are not tied to a specific doctor.The Healow app is bit improvement over the predecessor app and makes it easier to keep track of appointment, your results etc.“
