I have followed Dr Lynn to this facility. He is a magnificent doctor. However the front desk is atrocious. They do not return calls, give blatantly wrong information and seem to never answer the phone. I just called, and I know I will need to call 5 more times to get my medication called in. It is really frustrating and too bad because the doctors are really good.
I've had an amazing experience with this place. There are good places, there are great places, but Gastro Health is in a league of it's own. I felt being truly cared for!! Thank you SO much for being accommodating, caring and thoughtful!!
The check-in kiosk system is ridiculous. Elderly patients having to fumble for license and scanning every time they visit (even a few days apart) just to announce they are present (after pre-registering online) while two receptionists are sitting behind the desk. I have never seen this before and hope it’s not a trend. It’s the one reason (so far) that I would consider a different practice!
