My daughters are both patients there but my 2 year old in particular has been having a very tough time with sickness and breathing. Yesterday we saw Meghan Feeley and I finally felt like I was being heard! She took Evelyn under her wing and was determined to find a care plan and solution to help her feel better. As the end of the appointment I was teary eyed and finally felt positive about the direction we were going! I was so quick to call my husband to rave about Meghan and the steps she took and the help we received. I could have hugged her! I cannot rave enough about Allergy West and their care team! We have also seen Dr. Naryan who is also just as incredible!

The doctors at this facility are wonderful and extremely thorough, and most of the nurses are very kind and knowledgeable. However after several years of treatment here the staff seems to have become increasingly rude, condescending and lacking in empathy. Perhaps this is due to pandemic fatigue, but it has become a less friendly environment overtime and made me seriously consider taking my services elsewhere.

Friendly doctors, rude front desk. I didn’t have a good impression of the front desk today when I called to reschedule my daughter’s appointment. When the conversation finished, instead of the person saying something like, “OK, thanks. Take care. Bye,” the person merely hung up and let me talking. That’s a no no!
