Referral department takes months to send referrals, and it’s almost impossible to reach them directly. If you leave a voicemail they ignore it, but often their phone system doesn’t give you the option to hold.

Today I tried calling referrals AGAIN and was able to hold this time….for 45 minutes. When they finally picked up, I learned nothing had been done about the multiple voicemails I’d left the past few weeks regarding a cardiology referral.

Then they said they couldn’t start my referral until I scheduled my annual physical, and abruptly transferred me to appointments. After 20 minutes listening to more hold music, I hung up.

Cant get through to speak to anyone, and waiting time on hold is ridiculous! I keep having to be assigned to a new primary dr. because they all leave. I try to get through for answers on the online patient portal, and that still takes days before someone responds. So fed up with Acton Medical

My doctor Teli Leung is kind and seems to truly care when I express any medical concerns . Also , the secretaries always are receptive and when I need a letter or form filled out, they do not make me wait weeks and are courteous and professional . I’ve also recommended them to my daughter and she has a PCP here at Acton medical associates as well.
