“I was able to check in at my scheduled appointment time. The receptionist and front office staff were ALL very friendly to myself and my dog. Short wait and was escorted in to meet with the Vet. The facility was clean and free from odor. My Veterinarian is Dr. Julie Haller who is ALWAYS thorough, kind and untrusted. She reviewed old records, asked about updates and any concerns. Dr.Haller was caring and thoughtful. I have been a customer of Bulger Animal Hospital for twenty years and have never been disappointed. I refer the business to friends and family. My only concern is cost which can be higher than other veterinary practices.“

“After visiting several veterinary clinics since my primary vet retired, I discovered this wonderful practice through a Google search, and I'm so glad I did! Skye my 120 pound Rottweiler tends to get quite anxious about vet visits, despite being incredibly friendly. She's cautious when meeting new people, so finding a welcoming environment was a priority for us. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the level of care given to my dog. The two assistants were exceptionally kind and attentive, which helped her feel comfortable and significantly reduced her anxiety. Dr. Joe was fantastic—knowledgeable and reassuring, taking the time to address all my concerns thoroughly. The check out process was fast allowing me to get in and out with ease. The clinic itself was spotless and well-organized, adding to the overall positive experience. I’m thrilled to have found this place and will certainly return for all my veterinary needs! “Very nice caring people work here , prices seem very high we only have hope that they know what they are doing. Two years ago after a number of tests we were convinced to have done our cat was diagnosed with terminal cancer, thankfully we didn't put her down as she's still a playful and somewhat angry cat. We have never had issues other than that one time as we're a little concerned that every time we bring a pet there they up sale services and tests and sometimes we hesitate going when our pets are having issues because of this, but unfortunately thats the way it goes.“

“We had a great experience at good dog aquatics with our 14 year old pug. Luis and Mary were awesome to work with and answered any questions we had while also teaching us new techniques and excersises we can do at home and in our pool to maintain our boys range of mobility, strength and endurance as he ages. We are so happy we found good dog and plan on bringing him back again in the winter months to maintain his health the best way possible. “I still take my pets here, and my fosters. I take my pets here for their annual check ups and medication prescriptions for them. They do care about your pets. Anything serious, I take them to the ER, Riverside doesn't have overnight care, and I have a cat with asthma, but they really took good care of him when he was first diagnosed.“

“I can’t put into words how much I appreciate and trust this Emergency Vet. Despite there being one much closer to me, I’ll always go out of my way to bring my cats here in any emergency. Which isn’t often, fortunately, but it’s definitely comforting to know that I’ve got a good practice to turn to if my cats need immediate care.

They’ve always treated me and my boys well when I’ve had to bring them in. I want to say I’ve been in with one of my boys three times in the past 3 years or so, and each time they’ve gone above and beyond my expectations. At a previous visit maybe a year ago, one of the girls even noticed how upset and anxious I was while waiting, and went out of her way to take pictures of my cat out back to show me he was okay and doing well! Every single person I’ve spoken with is professional, compassionate, and you can tell they truly care about their patients, both the pets and pet owners. Lilly at the front desk is a sweetheart, Dr. Anderson is amazing, and while I can’t remember any other names at this point, the other two people I spoke with were just as great. My cat has already improved significantly since his visit not even 24 hours ago, and I’m immensely grateful for the team that helped us!

After my neighbor passed away unexpectedly, I took responsibility for caring for her cat, Liyla, who was found severely malnourished. I brought her in immediately because I was deeply concerned about her weight and the condition of her coat, which was badly matted.

Dr. V and her entire team are truly exceptional. Dr. V was honest and compassionate when explaining Liyla’s condition, which I greatly appreciated. I didn’t want to give up on Liyla, but I also didn’t want to prolong her suffering if it was her time. Dr. V let me know there was still hope if we were willing to fight and I absolutely was. I’m thrilled to share that Liyla is now back to her beautiful, diva self. Her mats are gone, she has gained significant weight, and she’s keeping her food down. None of this would have been possible without Dr. V and her incredible staff.

It’s immediately clear that everyone here genuinely loves animals. During Liyla’s first visit, they shaved her mats (which she desperately needed). At her follow-up appointment, they even groomed her, something I’m sure she protested, as she hates water but once she got home, she couldn’t stop rubbing against everything. She was clearly feeling herself, and I’m so grateful to the staff for going the extra mile and spoiling her.

I also want to give a special shoutout to the front desk team. Both of you have been an absolute pleasure to speak with every time. You’re thorough, patient, and always make sure I fully understand her medications and follow-up care plus you offer helpful tips that truly make a difference.

I can’t recommend this practice enough. If you’re looking for compassionate, knowledgeable care for your pet, this is the place to go.“
