I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Hiler, Katie, Emma, and Mika. They are all absolutely incredible — they truly go above and beyond for my dog every single time we walk through the door.

Dr. Hiler never makes me feel rushed, always takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, and genuinely cares about my dog's overall wellbeing. It's rare to find a vet who makes both the pet AND the owner feel so at ease — and if you're looking for a veterinarian you can truly trust, schedule directly with her. You will not regret it. And Katie, Emma, and Mika? They treat my dog like he's their own. You can just tell how much they love what they do.

Amazing experience with our kittens first visit, everyone was so kind and personable during the visit. The staff answered all our questions and gave advice where they could. Would definitely recommend using this facility!

Happy to have found veterinary care we can trust with Dr. Hiler, Katie, and team. It’s been tough lately with aging kitties, but Dr. Hiler and her staff have really gone above and beyond to help our babies. So grateful for Boxford Animal Hospital!
