“I was able to check in at my scheduled appointment time. The receptionist and front office staff were ALL very friendly to myself and my dog. Short wait and was escorted in to meet with the Vet. The facility was clean and free from odor. My Veterinarian is Dr. Julie Haller who is ALWAYS thorough, kind and untrusted. She reviewed old records, asked about updates and any concerns. Dr.Haller was caring and thoughtful. I have been a customer of Bulger Animal Hospital for twenty years and have never been disappointed. I refer the business to friends and family. My only concern is cost which can be higher than other veterinary practices.“

He was thoroughly examined and the issue was taken care of with expertise. I was given thorough instructions for his care and all my questions were answered. “I've been taking my dogs to Windham Animal Hospital for over 20 years. 10 years ago they removed a tumor from my first Jack Russell, Cyrus. A surgery that was reasonably priced and extended his life another 4 years. My 2nd Jack Russell, Bauer, was brought in a few weeks ago. The professionalism and course of treatment by Dr. Pearson and her tech Stephanie proved correct and Bauer is now back to full health. I'm pleased with their level of care, taking the time to explain everything, breaking down the costs and course of treatment and the followup that ensued to make sure Bauer was on track to a full recovery. It's important to give a special mention to the ladies up front. They were accommodating, pleasant and very thoughtful. When I initially called in they were able to get Bauer in the same day. After the treatment concluded I asked them to send over the health records and I received them promptly. I highly recommend the Windham Animal Hospital to anyone who is looking to get excellent care for their pets.“

Acupuncture has made a huge difference in his comfort and quality of life, helping with joint pain and IVDD. After my neighbor passed away unexpectedly, I took responsibility for caring for her cat, Liyla, who was found severely malnourished. I brought her in immediately because I was deeply concerned about her weight and the condition of her coat, which was badly matted.

Dr. V and her entire team are truly exceptional. Dr. V was honest and compassionate when explaining Liyla’s condition, which I greatly appreciated. I didn’t want to give up on Liyla, but I also didn’t want to prolong her suffering if it was her time. Dr. V let me know there was still hope if we were willing to fight and I absolutely was. I’m thrilled to share that Liyla is now back to her beautiful, diva self. Her mats are gone, she has gained significant weight, and she’s keeping her food down. None of this would have been possible without Dr. V and her incredible staff.

It’s immediately clear that everyone here genuinely loves animals. During Liyla’s first visit, they shaved her mats (which she desperately needed). At her follow-up appointment, they even groomed her, something I’m sure she protested, as she hates water but once she got home, she couldn’t stop rubbing against everything. She was clearly feeling herself, and I’m so grateful to the staff for going the extra mile and spoiling her.

I also want to give a special shoutout to the front desk team. Both of you have been an absolute pleasure to speak with every time. You’re thorough, patient, and always make sure I fully understand her medications and follow-up care plus you offer helpful tips that truly make a difference.

“Wow, this is by far the best vet that I have been too in years. We travel quite often sense we work remote and I’ve seen several vets and this one blows every other one out of the water. If I could 10 stars I would. Excellent service, kindness and clarity for my 1 year old pup! Provided us all the information and understood that we had a budget and helped us get what we needed for a price that worked. He recently had an emergency and I ended up having to take him to Boston but Dr Magnesun called to check in and see how he was doing and what was happening! “I can’t put into words how much I appreciate and trust this Emergency Vet. Despite there being one much closer to me, I’ll always go out of my way to bring my cats here in any emergency. Which isn’t often, fortunately, but it’s definitely comforting to know that I’ve got a good practice to turn to if my cats need immediate care.

They’ve always treated me and my boys well when I’ve had to bring them in. I want to say I’ve been in with one of my boys three times in the past 3 years or so, and each time they’ve gone above and beyond my expectations. At a previous visit maybe a year ago, one of the girls even noticed how upset and anxious I was while waiting, and went out of her way to take pictures of my cat out back to show me he was okay and doing well! Every single person I’ve spoken with is professional, compassionate, and you can tell they truly care about their patients, both the pets and pet owners. Lilly at the front desk is a sweetheart, Dr. Anderson is amazing, and while I can’t remember any other names at this point, the other two people I spoke with were just as great. My cat has already improved significantly since his visit not even 24 hours ago, and I’m immensely grateful for the team that helped us!

“I still take my pets here, and my fosters. I take my pets here for their annual check ups and medication prescriptions for them. They do care about your pets. Anything serious, I take them to the ER, Riverside doesn't have overnight care, and I have a cat with asthma, but they really took good care of him when he was first diagnosed.“

“Very nice caring people work here , prices seem very high we only have hope that they know what they are doing. Two years ago after a number of tests we were convinced to have done our cat was diagnosed with terminal cancer, thankfully we didn't put her down as she's still a playful and somewhat angry cat. We have never had issues other than that one time as we're a little concerned that every time we bring a pet there they up sale services and tests and sometimes we hesitate going when our pets are having issues because of this, but unfortunately thats the way it goes.“
