59 Washington St, Haverhill“UPDATED REVIEW 2026: Still remains 5/5 stars after my first review in 2021! Very grateful to have such a gem of an optometrist in my hometown. Dr. Lien-Thu Dao and her team have earned the trust of our community through their consistent dedication to providing us with transparency, flexibility, and high quality care. Her team has always explained insurance coverage/been clear about costs so you are not dealt with surprises later, are open on Saturday's (VERY important), and regardless of how busy/slow the day you can be guaranteed to receive the same level of attention and care during your appointment.
FYI - I find pricing for my products on par or lower than online “budget” retailers. HFEC wins every category in my book.“

58 Range Rd, Windham“My husband and I are so happy we found Windham Family Eye! Dr. Shanley is warm, friendly, and incredibly thorough with exams. Laurie is fantastic — she gives honest, helpful advice when picking out frames, which makes the whole process so easy. The conversation and laughs are an added bonus. You can tell they both genuinely care and love what they do. It feels great to support a local business that truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!“

8 Stiles Rd STE 106, Salem“I was dealing with eye irritation for months, finally got bad enough I went to the ER and was told “allergies”. Bounced around a couple weeks trying to find an eye dr who could take me before Christmas. Discovered MyEyeDr, made an appointment within the next 2 weeks. My visit was fairly quick, waiting in the lobby was a bit overwhelming with multiple patents talking over each other and I could barely hear the lovely receptionist. After some general tests and meeting with the Dr, had a diagnosis and prescription the same day. Not only that but 3 weeks later for my check up I was cured! Will be going here moving forward for any appointments, staff was very kind and helpful.“
“Great staff. Very thorough and efficient. Doc Hogan was terrific! Friendly. Cordial, professional and thorough.“
“Very nice office. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. I've been a patient for years, since Dr. Rose had the office further down on Merrimac St“

18 Granite St, Haverhill“Dr . Jasiak and the staff are so wonderful! Dr Jasiak is very personable and he cares very much for his patients. I've always been made to feel like part of the family! The women who run the office are extremely helpful, always have a welcoming smile and always help me choose the best frames for my face/style! ☺️
My son has ADHD and also falls on the spectrum (ASD). He has little trust in doctors (mostly due to struggles with sensory sensitivity and fear of unfamiliar surroundings/people)... He recently had to have an eye exam and get glasses. As the mom of an autistic child, I was very anxious about what to expect. thanks to Dr Jasiak, My son did amazing!! I was so pleased and so grateful for the care and the overall treatment my son received from the whole staff at Dr jasiak's office. Everyone made his visit so comfortable for both of us!! He had zero trauma; no negative response whatsoever
I love being a patient of Dr Jasiak and his staff. I'll stay here as long as they are here for me. Thank you Dr Jasiak and staff ?“

555 Turnpike St STE 56, North Andover“A life-changing and eye-opening experience. For years, I tolerated the big box "eye care" experience due to the convenience and "affordability." However, after moving to N. Andover, I decided to seek a new eye care provider, and fortunately, I discovered Family Eye Care and Dr. Patti. Today, I have an entirely new perspective on eye care and the importance of finding a practice that takes the time to educate its patients and invests in the latest technology to ensure its patients receive the best care. No dilatations and puffs of air make the experience even better. Unbeknownst to me, I have been tolerating FINE contacts, as I've been wearing the same brand for a decade. Now, I have a new look on life and have learned a great deal about my eyes and how to care for them and adequately handle my contacts to ensure they feel great! Highly recommend this practice -- you'll be pleased with your decision to take your vision seriously.“

“My father who is now almost 80 has been seen so many times & he loves it here. We have moved farther away but he won’t go to any other doctor. I 100% recommend this place & if you don’t like waiting don’t go first thing in the AM. Be happy that this doctor is seeing so many patients in a day be grateful stay humble or go in the PM hours. Have a great day everyone God bless“
