I started going to Salem Vision Center a few years back with Dr. Onyon, and he was pleasant enough, but I never liked his staff at the front desk. They were always kind of rude, unpleasant or lacked character. I had no idea that it was under new ownership by MyEyeDr when I went to my check-up last Wednesday. I was pleasantly greeted by the front desk receptionist, who was very happy to assist me, and believe me, I was thrown off that someone was really nice this time! If you need glasses and are as picky as I am, Rachel is your girl! She was not going to give up until I was happy and she found me the perfect pair. She is professional, very upbeat and just a pleasure to work with. Thanks again Rachel.

Salem Eye Center staffs are pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. They took the time to show me how to save money by correctly using my optic insurance. Dr. Martin is a very smart and personable optometrist. It is a pleasure to receive care from him.
