I and my daughter have been coming to this office for the past 6 years. Although the wait is long, I don't mind waiting, the girl on the front has been there for many years and is always polite, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The doctor is also great. He is the only doctor there, I believe that's why the wait is long. I 100% recommended Community optics.
My mother took me here as a child, now I have two children of my own that I am taking here. Everytime I come it’s always a pleasant experience and that’s only because of the lovely receptionist that has been working there since I was a baby and all of her hardworking peers!
Great customer service by the staff and doctors and they have a great selection of glasses both name brand and masshealth . I've been a patient for years would definitely recommend.
