“The staff throughout the entire process dealing with my double vision was incredibly supportive and informative. Letting me know what solutions were out there and what should we try first and where we should go from there. Highly recommended. On a different note from a former commercial industrial HVAC Tech of 30 years the entire building looks like it has one rooftop unit to service the entire space however it has dozens and dozens of ductless AC looking air sanitizing /cleaning units hanging everywhere. Not sure who controls what regarding temperature and humidity in the space but it is extremely stagnant despite all those air cleaning units hanging all over the place... I don't expect it to be cold in there but it's literally walking into a under air conditioned library. When I was sitting in the waiting room because I was early for my appointment I heard several complaints about it being very uncomfortable in there and it wasn't all that hot and humid out the day that I was there in the early morning hours of 9:00 a.m. ish. I understand you have to cater to all ages and all Health levels but it was certainly uncomfortable and spoken of that by many of the people I overheard of all ages that we're sitting in the waiting room that day and the other day that I had been there I heard the same thing.”
