Great service and very detailed. Explained everything. Allowed plenty of time for questions and everything ran on time and smoothly. Service was a 10 of 10. The whole experience was Quite unexpected.

Was a bit skeptical about a remote type eye exam, however, it was easy and thorough. Better than the exam was the customer service I received in helping pick out frames, etc. I’d go back just for that reason alone

My first experience with BJS Optical. To be honest I had low expectations. Boy was I proven wrong. Mitchell my PCC was absolutely fantastic to work with. Empathetic and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable about his equipment and the process. He answered every question. His lab is absolutely spotless. As a courtesy he wiped all the equipment for me. It really didn't need it. He knew exactly how to choose frames that fit my style and face. Just a joy to work with. The Virtual MD was wonderful so friendly.Although I had to pay out of pocket, it is by far less expensive than any others for the services I needed.I'll be back.See you then
