Patients praise the exceptional care, professionalism, and personalized attention received from the doctors and staff. They do a great job and take very good care of you. The nice modern facility in Lancaster is very clean and accessible. Doctors are very personable and easy to talk to, very kind and explain things very thoroughly. They are all genuinely interested in helping and are wonderful and professional.
I did not have an eye doctor when I got shingles, but I had to find one quickly. They were able to see me same day, very short wait when I got there (less than a minute) and was being seen by a doctor very quickly. The nurse did a great job handling the preliminary tests, explaining everything to me. Doctor came in was very nice and professional, got me all sorted out and I was through the appt in about an hour. I think I found my future eye doctor.
