About Visionworks Doctors of Optometry Leominster
Visionworks Leominster provides a pleasant and efficient eye care experience. The store is clean, and the staff are attentive, clear, and respectful. Customers are treated with courtesy and feel valued. The staff are engaging and helpful in selecting the right discounts and products for each family member, taking the time to ensure a satisfactory experience. While the overall experience is positive, there was a minor issue with the wrong frame being provided, which was not handled as well as the rest of the service.
Fantastic!! That is how I rate my experience - vision check and eyeglass choice. The women who greeted me were very welcoming and got the ball rolling. My experience with Dr Fhua (sp)? was great. MY prescription is strong and I will soon need cataract surgery. He took his time to make sure that the prescription is as close to perfect as possible. And then, Andy was so patient, and knowledgeable in helping me pick just the right frame. He then did all the insurance investigation making sure to apply all appropriate benefits. Can you tell I had a great appointment? Congratulations and thank you to all.
I had a great experience at Visionworks when choosing my new eyeglasses. Lou Shaw provided excellent customer service and was friendly, professional, and very helpful. She took the time to make sure everything fit properly and answered all of my questions. Thank you, Lou Shaw, for making the experience so pleasant. I truly appreciate your kindness and outstanding service! With peace & love Andrea Arsenault
