Visionworks Leominster provides a pleasant and efficient eye care experience. The store is clean, and the staff are attentive, clear, and respectful. Customers are treated with courtesy and feel valued. The staff are engaging and helpful in selecting the right discounts and products for each family member, taking the time to ensure a satisfactory experience. While the overall experience is positive, there was a minor issue with the wrong frame being provided, which was not handled as well as the rest of the service.

We had a very good experience at Visionworks of Optometry Leominster. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. he selection of frames was extensive. And, they accepted our insurance.
Had to find a place that took our insurance. Wasn't happy about a place we went in the mall. So we decided to try Visionworks. I had Nancy, who was so helpful and did a wonderful job helping me with my prescription and new glasses. Had to go back, I decided I wanted my sunglasses to be progressive lenses. Rhonda helped me with that. Rhonda was so helpful and helped us understand the cost of switching to progressive lens. She broke it all down for us. Thank you Rhonda and Nancy we appreciate all your help.
