A 45 minute wait to see the Dr. is unacceptable in this day and age. I was early for my appointment and there were 3 people waiting in front of me. The doctor was very nice and explained some things about the exam he did that I never knew about. He also explained about pricing and costs that I did not know. The staff member who helped me pick my glasses and explained my options was very nice as well. Fix your scheduling mess and I'd give 5 stars
Arilyn at the Lenscrafters in Leominster assisted me with finding glasses that suited both my features and my wallet. She was attentive, knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions, she was truly a pleasure to work with.
Everyone was so wonderful and patient. They answered all of my many questions being a first timer with glasses. They made my experience so much better than I could have imagined. I would highly recommend! Thank you!
