This is the first time I’ve ever felt compelled to write a review — and it’s entirely heartfelt.<br><br>My children received their glasses in March of this year, and within just two months, we had to return several times due to the glasses being mishandled and broken. Each visit, the opticians were incredibly kind and patient. They took the time to either repair the glasses or reorder them under warranty, always ensuring we were completely satisfied.<br><br>What really stood out is how they never rush through appointments. They give each patient the attention they deserve, truly listen, and offer thoughtful options. In today’s fast-paced world, such genuine customer service is rare.<br><br>Everyone — from the doctors to the reception staff — has been absolutely wonderful.
