“Our family recently switched our eye care to Auburn Westborough Eye Associates in Westborough, and we couldn’t be happier. This is the first time I’ve ever felt compelled to write a review — and it’s entirely heartfelt.

My children received their glasses in March of this year, and within just two months, we had to return several times due to the glasses being mishandled and broken. Each visit, the opticians were incredibly kind and patient. They took the time to either repair the glasses or reorder them under warranty, always ensuring we were completely satisfied.

What really stood out is how they never rush through appointments. They give each patient the attention they deserve, truly listen, and offer thoughtful options. In today’s fast-paced world, such genuine customer service is rare.

Everyone — from the doctors to the reception staff — has been absolutely wonderful. We’re so grateful to have found them, and honestly, if I could give them more than five stars, I would.“

“Its a small place but the staff and the Dr were very friendly and very informative. Dr.Mike Larson was very thorough and let you know if you had anything wrong with your eyes and what you needed to get for glasses or if you needed any other treatment. Tracey who had had helped me with finding glasses was awesome. She made you feel good about the glasses you chosen and if you had a really hard time finding a pair she had the knowledge of what you might like. She is very knowledgeable with how the insurances work and if you need any help she can help directed you to get any help. I would definitely recommend going to Auburn Vision center. Its a small place but they make you feel like family“
