Wait time has been limited. I've always been greeted by the Doctor a few moments after my scheduled visit.

The visits are sometimes long, but that's only because Dr. Casey will check every aspect of your eyes with care tailored to your individual needs. He is very thorough and has always answered any questions I've had with care.

“I highly recommend Dr. Iyore at Valentine Eye Care center. He thoroughly explained how dry eyes actually work and how eye drops that I have been using for several years is ineffective. With the new light therapy I have had 3 treatments and feel 90% better with just a little break through tearing but nothing compared to how it used to be prior to the treatments. I got in to see Dr.John Whitney right away, and he was very kind as well. He assured me that my eyes were healthy based on the previous exams, and answered all the questions I had about different contact lenses/prescriptions/etc. Even better, nobody tried to persuade me to buy the most expensive brand of contacts or pressured me to get glasses, which is something my local eye doctor would do. “Had to get an emergency appointment for my right eye. Wasn’t sure if it was infected so called the Gardner office they were polite and helpful and said something about Athol but then I said what about the office at the old Kmart plaza so she looked and there was an appointment. Got there and was taken fairly quickly the doctor came and said that it was a tear duct plug that had popped up and was scratching my eye so she removed it. Feels much better niw“
