I went to Bay State Physical Therapy in Ipswich to treat a pulled hamstring and nerve pain shooting from my lumbar spine down the back of my leg. My pain level was severe. I could not walk more than 5 minutes at a time and was not able to do most tasks at home. Normally an active person, I was extremely inactive because of the pain and had been like this for 3 months.
NICK was my therapist and he was outstanding! He is very thoughtful in his approach and was skillful in guiding me through his program. He listens well and we talked at every session of how the exercises were feeling to my body. His initial focus was on core, hamstring and low back. It was a steady progression of flexibility and strengthening and he seemed to know just what I needed without overdoing it. Most of my exercises used my own body weight with some using exercise bands and an exercise ball. After my 3 months at Bay State PT, the nerve pain was gone and the pulled hamstring was resolved. I was able to resume all of the activities I normally do and was even able to ski a few days which I did not expect to happen. Administratively, Katrina was extremely helpful getting me started with the intake forms. She booked appointments a month in advance which locked in the same days of the week and time of day which worked great for me. They also provide an app which is very helpful. For me, it was 2 days a week at Bay State and 3 days using the in-home exercises. I was able to make a lot of progress this way. I can’t recommend this place enough. The staff is friendly and skilled. I had seen a physiatrist who recommended surgery but the surgeon said PT first. Thanks to Nick the results exceeded my expectations and I avoided surgery. I am so happy I went to Bay State Physical Therapy in Ipswich.

John was responsive and the ultimate professional. 4 established stump removal “experts” told us the removal of our tree stumps was impossible because of the location but John found a way through ingenuity and access to a broad range of equipment. Pricing was extremely fair. The best on the North Shore.

Unfortunately this area is home to numerous chimney services that prey on homeowners that lack information about chimney conditions or issue solutions. These services typically tell the homeowners the worst and upsell unwarranted solutions.
Note here: Get an opinion from someone like Evan before engaging with a chimney services company.

They made the experience easy when they arrived first day they were very pleasant. The second and third day they heard my dog barking. So they came in before unloading the tools from van.
To acknowledge the dog. As a pet owner this meant a lot to me.
Also, every time they need to leave, they made sue I was aware they left and were coming back.
I had a an old chair seat recovered. She did an awesome job. The seat had to be re-fitted. Great job. Highly recommend them.

Color Creations is a fun and fab little salon with amazing, talented people! There's plenty of parking and don't be alarmed by the Ipswich address - this place is casual and friendly. Alyssa is a color expert and she is AMAZING - which you will know the second you meet her. She's vibrant and fun and super nice. I don't think anyone leaves that salon dissatisfied or unhappy.

well for one they can start by not parking dead in front of a no parking sign. blocking my driveway after calling and having dispatch. ask them to move 30 minutes ago. they are still blocking my driveway so I'll have a tow truck come move them for him since it's mine pretty comical that directly in front of the idiot's windshield is a big no parking sign and it's a shorter walk. if they park in the parking lot to the door of the school then where they're parked but apparently reading's not a qualification for plumbing jobs

Story Fence is hands down one of the best companies I have ever done business with. I fell in love with one of the photos on their website, but my yard wasn't quite right for that fence. Mike and Amy worked with us to give us the personalized service my family and I needed to achieve the best aesthetic and function for our property! We could not be happier.
