The system needed to be replaced and they got the job scheduled and completed within a week. Thanks to the team of Brandon, Ryan and Joe for doing a nice job with the installation. They were efficient, friendly and answered all questions and left the areas clean. I appreciate their doing a great job.“

I immediately shut off the boiler and waited for an appropriate time to call my landlord for further guidance on how to proceed. He proceeded to give me the green light to immediately call the fuel company and ask for service, being on the yearly maintenance plan. Every individual I spoke with thru out the day was compassionate and made me feel confident. In January 2026 I had scheduled a cleaning that unfortunately came with bad news. Our boiler is OLD ! Kinda old old. Cleaning was put off and the suggestion of a new boiler was suggested. Obviously a 12,000 to 16,000 was not on the bingo card that day or this current economic climate. Back to today. A service tech named Mike showed up in 30 minutes followed by another rep named Joe 10 minutes later, who apparently has been with the company for over 40 years, right!? Mike spent a moment assessing the situation. He's young, quiet but thoughtful. This is were it gets difficult because I don't know boilers or parts ect. He says he wants to inspect something after a moment, mind you, all he did was turn on the furnace. After 20 sec there's light smoke coming from somewhere, again, im not a boiler tech. He shuts it off and suggests looking at a specific part. I leave him be, because even I don't like someone looking over my shoulder and I'm just a landscaper, lol. He nailed it immediately. Apparently the part that sparks to start the boiler was covered in soot. I mean caked with soot. I was apprehensive after that, I honestly thought this was going down hill quick. He went to his truck with the part while Joe examined the boiler. Joe was extremely pleasant and made me feel at ease. He seemed like the older statesman so to speak lol, so I made it a point to not get in his way and let him do what he's put on this planet to do. Not much was said to me after that except for a warm gesture that gave me sense of confidence, he spoke with Mike in private and then left. After a good while, Mike showed me the part he cleaned and it looked shiny and new. Again,I started to feel a little comfortable with the situation. He must have spent almost 20 minutes cleaning to the point where it looked brand new, mind you, he was getting a bit dirty, Fingers crossed, I started feeling really confident. Going from smoke and oder to a young man smiling and heading to my bulkhead was the best feeling. Long story short, it worked! His assessment was spot on. He went thru a series of test in the basement, out the basement. Looking at the smoke coming thru the chimney, listening to the sound of the furnace, diligently working with a calm demeanor. Now here comes the kicker. I had yet to schedule my yearly cleaning because of my work and time restraints. It just isn't convenient for me to take time off this time of year. Low and behold he starts to dismantle the, I guess the exhaust pipe on top and proceeded to clean it out side and than does a full service cleaning unbeknownst to me! I was floored! I am besides myself. What began as a very uncomfortable/worrisome experience and doubt turned into, I can't put into words. To the front house on the phone, thank you for easing my fears. Thank you Joe for making me feel confident under the circumstances. To Mike, I wish you nothing but great things and a long and successful career. You are talented beyond your years. I've been with this company for well over a decade and two homes. You've been nothing but empathetic and calming thru trying times. Even the billing dept has been kind thru trying times. I have nothing but admiration and respect for all of you, and continue to look forward to your incredible service. Sincerely, Timothy Simpson 🙏“

497 Thomas B Landers Rd, East Falmouth“Our AC unit stopped working during the recent heat & humidity spike. I left a message for Bayside on a Sunday. Received a call back promptly on Monday morning and they had a technician available that morning. The technician (Sean or Shawn) showed up just as promised and detected the problem in minutes. I was thinking it might need refrigerant but it was a faulty part on the outdoor unit.
I was not expecting such a quick fix since heat waves always create a spike in service requests for HVAC units. Responsiveness, service quality and professionalism and price were all pleasant surprises.“

“Clear communication between myself, office and Technician. Troy reached out to ask if he could come early as he finished a prior job quicker than anticipated. He found and solved our problem within an hour. I was concerned when I read the summary of service (I was not on site) that the issue would return, however the washer has been used throughout the weekend without a recurrence of the issue. Thank you very much!!!“
