25 Central St, Hingham“Krigsman is a wonderful studio to really get to know your yoga practice. Every class the flow is a consistent sequence of postures that allows you to grow and strengthen your practice . The consistent flow allows the space for your body and mind to respond to the flow because you know what to expect. It can be intense with the hot room, but stick with it when you find the sequence that mindful practice takes over.“
“I have been dancing with KSDC for 13 years. Let me tell you about this amazingly talented and fun group of women! I was so lucky to find them! Classes offered during the week, rehearsals on sundays, chances to perform! You can take advantage of as much or as little of the program as YOU want. So much flexibility. If you're a former dancer, graduating dancer, or looking to add more dance to your life this is an AMAZING option! Sundays are for the GIRLS! Come dance with us!“

“Community yoga with Karen is excellent. She knows her stuff and is very good at explaining the different poses as well as modificaitons. I felt very calm and relaxed after. Would highly recommend it!“
“Highly recommend!!! I took several classes with Lori now, and I felt so amazed and refreshed every time after her class! Her cues are so soulful. I was so mindful to my body the whole time. I didn't know that our elbows are supposed to line up with the ears when doing downward facing dog, and it was Lori's cues that made me aware of it. Her tips to prevent injuries during Yoga are the best!“

15 Columbia Rd Ste 10, Pembroke“Been practicing yoga for over 20 years and I recently took advantage of Emerald's 30-day discount package for newcomers to their yoga studio. What I found during that time (roughly 20 classes, in-person and online combined) is that their is a roster full of hard-working, caring teachers. The owner, Landen, is one of those teachers and has a very hands-on approach, consistently communicating to ensure the enjoyment of his studio. The majority of Emerald's classes consist of slower flows, which stands in stark contrast to many of the studios in the area that guide their efforts towards forms of power vinyasas. I found this just as the winter began and it felt like a perfect way to slow me down and embrace the changing of the season. 5 out of 5, would certainly recommend the newcomer pass. Make sure you get as much as you can out of it, as they have a lot to offer, including livestreaming all their events on their website for students who want to practice from the comfort of their own homes. Good luck. Namaste!“

871 Washington St, Braintree“Having been to 4 classes at 3 different locations with 2 different teachers I can confidently say that chakra power yoga is one of the most welcoming, fun and kind communities that I have ever had the pleasure of being a part of. Their teachers construct and teach their sequences with the students in mind and shape their dharmas so beautifully that I feel like they're speaking to me directly every time. I'd recommend everyone I know take a class here. This is real yoga the way it is meant to be taught. Thank you Nicole and Tina for the amazing experience!“

141 Longwater Dr Suite 105, Norwell“I absolutely love the new space that Zen Den has to offer. It brings peacefully thoughts immediately. The whole staff was knowledgeable and helpful with questions I had. Mary has helped me realign my hip and continues to help as needed.“
8AM - 6PM
222 Webster St, Hanover“This practice may not appeal to everyone, but it’s always been a great experience for me. Ninety minutes of extreme heat forces breath control and mindfulness that compares to activities like surfing or boxing. It’s a no-nonsense style that requires the student to listen, focus and do what you’re told (a challenge for many). The ‘Bikram’ namesake has (deservedly) had controversy, but that in no way represents individually owned practices and teachers. Katrina does a great job. She’s extremely knowledgeable and if you enter with an open mind, you’ll leave her practice better.“
5AM - 11PM
294 Grove St, Braintree“Great gym with plenty equipment. The best spin instructors around and love the spin room.“
“Great class. It was perfect amount of movement and stretching nourishing the body when your body is craving it and not a rigorous power class.“
